About The Position

This role involves a combination of core processing, warehouse operations, and remanufacturing support. Key responsibilities include managing incoming customer cores, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating warehouse equipment. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift operator certification (training provided on-site if needed).
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Well organized.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Solid math skills.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to fifty pounds on a regular basis and up to one hundred pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Complete check-in process of incoming customer core in CE, navigate to the appropriate case, indicate receive date, of pallets and put-away location.
  • Coordinate with CS to create SRO and case if there is no case/SRO, then complete check-in process.
  • Consolidate small pack returns and update case locations as needed.
  • Responsible for the emptying of the bailer.
  • Pick, audit, and process customer orders ensuring accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and shipment requirements.
  • Prepare, package, and process outbound parcel and LTL shipments in accordance with company procedures and carrier requirements.
  • Perform inventory putaways utilizing directed locations and identifying appropriate open storage locations; accurately record inventory transactions within NAV.
  • Execute inventory movements, consolidations, and space optimization activities; maintain accurate physical inventory and system records in NAV.
  • Process orders through packline systems and ensure proper completion of associated documentation.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, order pickers, WAVs, ladders, balers, sit-down forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks, as authorized and required by location.
  • Operate balers and prepare bales for recycling or disposal activities, where applicable.
  • Ensure incoming transfers are accurate – unpack and count and move to trays if applicable.
  • Communicate with other warehouses on transfer inaccuracies and update Nav as needed.
  • Systematically close transfer orders and systematically move reman items to reman bin.
  • Coordinate moves of requested core from warehouse to reman building.
