About The Position

Chadwell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded Warehouse Associate and Driver for its family-owned maintenance supply company. The role combines warehouse order selection, stocking and inventory recording with box-truck deliveries between distribution facilities, customers, and vendors. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. until the work is finished. The advertised pay is $24–$25 per hour, based on verifiable driving experience, with performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
Must be in good physical condition and able to lift more than 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, climb steps and ladders, and bend, stoop, and carry products on steps, stairs, ramps, and walkways.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have at least 1 year of prior box truck experience.

Responsibilities

Select outbound orders and products from stock and distribution branches, and check and count selected items against picking slips and special-order documents for quantity and shipment accuracy.
Stock and shelve products in the correct bin locations and record received products, bin locations, and quantities in the computer operating system.
Place products selected for orders in the proper route delivery loading area.
Operate a box truck to transport products, goods, and materials between distribution facilities, customers, and vendors.
Follow traffic signs, laws, and road conditions while operating motorized vehicles.
Provide prompt and accurate product delivery and communicate with company and customer personnel to support customer satisfaction.
Inspect the delivery vehicle daily, including fluid levels, tire pressure, tire condition, and general roadworthiness, to ensure it meets DOT requirements.
