About The Position

Chadwell Supply is hiring an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded Warehouse Associate and Driver. The role handles order selection and checking, inventory stocking and recording, preparing products for delivery, and transporting products between distribution facilities, customers, and vendors. It also requires safe operation and daily inspection of delivery vehicles, with a focus on accurate service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until finish. The schedule offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week, overtime opportunities, no weekends, and paid holidays off. Pay is $21–$23 per hour based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
At least one year of prior box truck experience.
Good physical condition and ability to lift more than 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, climb steps and ladders, and bend, stoop, and carry products up steps and stairs and down ramps and walkways.
Valid and clean driver's license.
Ability to drive 18-foot and 26-foot box trucks.

Responsibilities

Select outbound orders and products from stock and distribution branches, and check and count selections against picking slips and special-order documents for quantity and shipment accuracy.
Ensure products are stocked in their correct bin locations and record received products by bin location and quantity in the computer operating system.
Place selected products in the proper route delivery loading area.
Operate a box truck to transport products, goods, and materials between distribution facilities, customers, and vendors.
Follow traffic signs, laws, and road conditions when operating a motorized vehicle.
Provide prompt, accurate product delivery and communicate with company and customer personnel to support customer satisfaction.
Inspect the delivery vehicle daily, including fluid levels, tire pressure and condition, and general roadworthiness, to ensure it meets DOT requirements.
