About The Position

EMSL is seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant in Moorestown, New Jersey. The Warehouse Assistant maintains and organizes the facility and supports the production, preparation, packing, and shipment of environmental sampling kits and products. The role involves assembling radon kits, preparing sampling bottles, managing supplies and inventory, shipping orders, and completing daily warehouse cleaning tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates within commuting distance of Moorestown are encouraged to apply. A background check is required.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Excellent communication, computer, typing, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and reach while assembling kits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting, multitask, and prioritize assignments.
Background check required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in shipping, packing, and assembly.
Associate degree in Life Science or two years of completed college coursework.

Responsibilities

Build radon kits.
Recycle and build cardboard boxes.
Assemble all components into cardboard kit boxes in a professional and neat manner.
Organize and stock supplies used to create sample kits.
Track kit component and device inventory.
Pack and stock products for environmental sampling to be sent out.
Participate in the production of manufactured sampling kits.
Ship product orders.
Perform daily cleaning tasks in the warehouse area.
Prepare sampling bottles for client use and shipment.
