BikesOnline is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Warehouse team in San Clemente, California on a temporary basis for 3 months. Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end fulfillment operations, including the precise execution of picking, packing, shipping, and receiving protocols to maintain inventory integrity
  • Proven ability to navigate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a strong understanding of inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy and efficient workflow management
  • Highly proficient in using digital tools and task management software such as Asana or specific shipping platforms to coordinate logistics, track assignments, and manage daily warehouse documentation
  • Fully capable of meeting the physical demands of a high-volume warehouse, including the safe lifting, manoeuvring, and handling of heavy cartons and bulk stock items
  • A meticulous approach to work with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring all shipments meet quality standards and the warehouse remains orderly
  • A reliable and proactive professional with clear communication skills and a dedicated, hands-on work ethic aimed at supporting overall team and company goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in online retail or direct-to-consumer operations is preferred
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure timely dispatch
  • Sort, organize, and store inventory in the correct warehouse locations
  • Receive, count, verify, and document incoming shipments of parts and accessories
  • Scan delivered items to ensure quality and report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
  • Remove inventory from trucks or shipping containers and deliver items to the correct warehouse location
  • Ensure all items are packaged and labeled correctly for shipment
  • Assist with space management and stock placement to maintain an organized environment
  • Utilize required safety equipment and ensure the workspace and aisles remain free of debris and hazards
  • Work as an active team member and liaise with customer service and warranty teams to support company goals
  • Perform other relevant tasks to support the efficient fulfillment of orders and the safe and effective operation of the warehouse
