Requirements

Solid experience in bike mechanics across a range of makes and models, including eBikes.
A driven work ethic and passion for bikes.
Proven ability to assess bikes to determine problems, solutions, and how to fix them efficiently.
Working rights in the United States.
A good understanding of technical bicycle knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the biking industry as a mechanic.
Long-time riding experience and self-servicing of own bikes.

Responsibilities

Inspect, tech, and prepare new bikes for sale.
Identify faults and cosmetic blemishes on bikes.
Replace or fix components for resale opportunities.
Repack bikes ready for transport.
Work with others to promote and refine the product range.
Assist with showroom sales and front-of-house customer support.
Support warehouse operations, including receiving and moving stock.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
Prepare bikes and equipment for events, including building bikes and loading/unloading vehicles.
Provide support across the workshop, showroom, and warehouse as business needs require.
