Requirements
- Solid experience in bike mechanics across a range of makes and models, including eBikes.
- A driven work ethic and passion for bikes.
- Proven ability to assess bikes to determine problems, solutions, and efficient repair methods.
- Working rights in the United States.
- A good understanding of technical bicycle knowledge.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the biking industry as a mechanic.
- Extensive personal experience riding and servicing own bikes.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, tech, and prepare new bikes for sale.
- Perform bicycle assembly and mechanical work.
- Identify faults and cosmetic blemishes on bicycles.
- Replace or fix components for resale opportunities.
- Repack bikes ready for transport.
- Work with others to promote and refine the product range.
- Assist with showroom sales and front-of-house customer support.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving and moving stock.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Prepare bikes and equipment for events, including building bikes and loading/unloading vehicles.
- Provide support across the workshop, showroom, and warehouse as business needs require.
