About The Position

Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Warehouse Assembly Lead for its third shift in Appleton, Wisconsin. The role involves setting up and running kitting jobs, operating small machinery and making minor adjustments, completing production and productivity paperwork, and ensuring product quality. The lead trains and oversees workers assigned to multiple jobs and discusses production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the supervisor. The role also operates a forklift and electric walkie rider to move product pallets. No experience is necessary; training is provided. The position is based at N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, WI 54915. Base hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $19.15 per hour, plus a $2-per-hour third-shift differential. Additional incentives include a $100 safety shoe reimbursement, cross-training, and daily pay availability.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand or walk for the entire duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

Set up kitting jobs for yourself and your team.
