Warehouse Assembly Lead 3rd Shift
About The Position
The Warehouse Assembly Lead sets up kitting jobs and works alongside the team to complete them. The role includes operating small machinery and making minor adjustments, completing production and productivity paperwork, ensuring product quality, and training and overseeing workers assigned to multiple jobs. The lead also discusses production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the supervisor, and operates a forklift and electric walkie rider to move product pallets. No experience is necessary; training is provided. The position is based at N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, WI 54915. The third shift runs from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $19.15 per hour, plus a $2 per hour third-shift differential.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire shift.
