Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations
  • 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Knowledge of hazardous materials handling, DOT (49 CFR), and waste management (RCRA) regulations preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems for warehouse shipping and logistics preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse and distribution operations, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and waste management activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of daily workflows.
  • Supervise and develop frontline teams by driving accountability, workforce planning, employee engagement, training, and performance management to achieve operational and service objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, DOT (49 CFR) hazardous materials transportation regulations, and RCRA waste management requirements, maintaining a strong culture of environmental, health, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive inventory accuracy, order fulfillment excellence, and operational performance through effective material handling practices, cycle count execution, FIFO adherence, and continuous process improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with transportation, planning, environmental, and operations teams to resolve issues, improve service levels, maintain facility readiness, and support business objectives through data-driven decision making.
