Warehouse and Production Operator
About The Position
The Warehouse and Production Operator executes product labeling and outbound shipping activities according to approved work orders and documented procedures, ensuring compliance with quality, patient safety, environmental, and customer requirements. The operator sets up and adjusts equipment as needed to meet manufacturing specifications and performance standards. The role accurately completes production, shipping, and inventory transactions in SAP MES and SAP ERP and maintains detailed records to support traceability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. It verifies outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, including materials, quantities, labels, and documentation, and promptly escalates discrepancies or nonconformities to help prevent shipment delays and quality issues. The operator collaborates with cross-functional teams on warehouse operations, workflow efficiency, inventory management, data-driven continuous improvement, and problem resolution. The role also helps maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by following safety, security, and environmental standards, communicating operational disruptions, and supporting facility housekeeping and team effectiveness.
