About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is essential to ensuring efficient warehouse management, accurate scheduling of installation crews, and smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Reliability and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of construction materials and jobsite coordination
  • Experience in construction, glass installation, or a related trade
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or scheduling software

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials (glass panels, hardware, aluminum frames, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic counts
  • Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installation projects
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with suppliers and project sites
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards are maintained
  • Schedule installation crews based on project timelines and priorities
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field teams to confirm schedules
  • Track project progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Communicate daily work plans and updates to installation teams
  • Maintain job files, delivery logs, and project documentation
  • Assist with invoicing support, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
  • Answer calls and emails related to scheduling, deliveries, and general inquiries
  • Support management with reporting and operational tracking
