About The Position

As a Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor, you will supervise associates in the Service Bureau production department, oversee direct reports, manage workflows, and maintain equipment functionality and repairs. You will ensure accurate inventory records in ERP systems and production areas to support operational and customer needs, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a safe, efficient workplace focused on continuous improvement. This is an on-site position based in La Vergne, Tennessee.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• At least 1 year of previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with ERP software systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, recruit, train, and develop Service Bureau associates and department staff, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage Service Bureau equipment functionality, maintenance, repairs, and production workflow.
• Maintain ERP system programs and inventory records, coordinate cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure accurate material movement and double-check outgoing shipments for quality errors.
• Uphold safety and environmental guidelines.
