About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing all daily activities within warehousing and shipping operations. The manager will ensure the integrity of company inventory, both physically and within systems, to support continuous business operations. Key responsibilities include performance management, personnel training and development, and employee relations in collaboration with HR. The position also involves managing receiving, stocking, bin management, picking, packing, and shipping coordination, as well as maintaining adequate material supplies for product and customer delivery. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring safe operational maintenance of equipment and work areas, and actively contributing to company goals as a member of management are also essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years parcel packaging warehousing, inventory control, shipping services and supervisory experience.
• Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed.
• Capable of applying office productivity tools and enterprise applications.
• Pass the background screening process.

• Responsible for maintaining a working supply of materials to support product and customer delivery requirements.
• Responsible for relationship maintenance and development with all vendors and service providers.
• Responsible for safe operational maintenance of all equipment and work areas in partnership with facilities maintenance management.
• Responsible for actively participating in company sponsored events and functions and contributing to the overall company goals as a member of management.
• Other duties as assigned.
