About The Position

The Warehouse and Facilities Associate keeps Fresh Roasted Coffee's building, grounds, and warehouse operations running smoothly across all seasons. This is a hands-on, physically active role split evenly across warehouse support, facility upkeep, grounds and seasonal maintenance, and delivery assistance. The right person is versatile, dependable, and comfortable moving between indoor and outdoor work as daily needs shift. This position may require early starts or extended hours during snow events and peak operational periods.

Requirements

• Regularly lifts and carries up to 50 lbs; ability to push, pull, move more than 50 lbs
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with an acceptable driving record (for delivery duties) required.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to support seasonal and weather-driven needs (for example, snow events).
• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or facilities environment.
• General mechanical aptitude and basic building maintenance skills.

Nice To Haves

• Skid steer / skid loader operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move, load, and stage pallets, materials, and finished goods safely.
• Assist with unloading incoming trucks and staging inbound freight.
• Support inventory movement and general warehouse organization.
• Replace HVAC filters on schedule and support routine preventive maintenance.
• Perform minor building repairs and address small facility needs as they arise.
• Keep work areas, storage spaces, and common areas clean, safe, and orderly.
• Mow, trim, and maintain the grounds during the growing season.
• Perform snow and ice removal from lots, walkways, and entrances in winter.
• Assist with local deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Load and secure product for transport and support delivery routing when required.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Perform other facility, warehouse, and grounds duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
