About The Position

Tollefson's Retail Group proudly operates furniture and flooring stores throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. Our Slumberland Furniture location in Thief River Falls, MN is looking for dependable, hardworking Part-Time or Full-Time Warehouse & Delivery Associates to help deliver quality products-and exceptional experiences-to our customers. As a Warehouse & Delivery Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their furniture safely and on time while helping keep our warehouse and showroom running smoothly.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record - This position requires driving our store truck
Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card for operating company delivery trucks
Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move 75+ pounds
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including cannabis

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Previous warehouse, delivery, or material handling experience is helpful, but we're happy to train motivated individuals

Responsibilities

Delivering furniture to customers' homes with professionalism and care
Safely operating company delivery vehicles, including completing daily vehicle inspections and tracking mileage and fluid levels
Loading, unloading, receiving, and organizing merchandise in the warehouse
Moving products throughout the warehouse and showroom using proper lifting techniques and powered equipment
Assisting with showroom setup and maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment
Helping with basic building and grounds maintenance as needed
Providing friendly, respectful customer service during every delivery
