About The Position

FSG is looking for a dependable, organized person to support our warehouse and office operations. This entry-level position is a chance to learn how a national electrical contractor runs day to day. For the right person, it can lead to more responsibility and long-term growth within the company. You'll get exposure to many parts of our business, including operations, service, and project support. As you build experience and show what you can do, you'll have the chance to take on more responsibility and move into roles that fit your strengths.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers (email, Excel, basic software)
• Good communication skills, on the phone and in person
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
• Reliable, a self-starter, and eager to learn
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive, check in, stage, and organize material and equipment for jobs
• Keep inventory accurate and the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Pull and prepare material for crews and service techs
• Support the office with data entry, filing, purchase orders, and paperwork
• Answer phones and route calls, requests, and customer questions
• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and vendors on deliveries and pickups
