About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare, ambulatory surgery center, outpatient clinic, environmental services, or patient support role.
- Ability to take initiative, work efficiently and independently while supporting patient flow and operational needs in a high-volume outpatient setting.
- Ability to maintain clean, safe, and patient-ready care spaces.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage supplies, linens, and equipment inventories.
- Ability to identify and report safety, equipment, or facility concerns.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn departmental systems and processes.
- Excellent attendance and work ethic.
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
- A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean pre- and post-procedure bays between patients.
- Stock and maintain supplies in patient care areas.
- Assemble and maintain patient-ready bed and linen packs to support efficient patient flow throughout the day.
- Perform or assist with endoscope reprocessing according to protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with nursing and technical staff to support patient flow and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with infection prevention standards.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
