Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Suite
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy
  • General automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn
  • Proven experience working within a team environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Fail vehicles that don’t pass inspection and assure that all fails in basket are complete by the end of shift
  • Answer emails and telephone calls regarding car status, personal belongings, HOT vehicles, sublet, etc.
  • Check in vehicles that return from sublet
  • Check vehicles in/out for Dealer Preferred
  • Write up RO’s as technicians finish inspections
  • Sublet vehicles out for the body shop or warranty/recall work
  • Prioritize RO’s in all baskets by numeric order
  • Move packets into next area from Service Advisor basket
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
  • Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
  • Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments
  • All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
