Gills Point S is seeking a Lead Service Advisor to join their winning team. The Lead Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs, recommending services and repairs, and providing detailed explanations of work performed and associated costs. This role involves coordinating with technicians, managing service schedules, and following up on repair progress. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of technical understanding and effective communication skills, with the ability to advise on Retail Tires, Oil Changes, Preventative Maintenance, Medium Truck, TBR, Ag, OTR, and Basic Mechanical services. As a lead, this position will also be responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring other Service Advisors.
