One year of customer service, restaurant, hospitality, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism
Providing attentive, five-star table service
Describing menu selections, daily specials, and beverage offerings
Accurately entering and communicating special requests, allergies, and dietary modifications
Delivering food and beverages promptly while ensuring every order is correct
Clearing and resetting tables throughout service
Maintaining knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
Keeping dining rooms and service areas clean, organized, and inviting
Supporting special events and assisting with basic food preparation when needed
