Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or currently working toward completion
One year of customer service, restaurant, hospitality, or related experience preferred
Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys serving others
Dependable with excellent attendance
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Professional with outstanding customer service skills
Respectful when interacting with residents, families, guests, and coworkers
Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed
Reliable with dependable transportation
Well-groomed with a polished, hospitality-focused appearance

Responsibilities

Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism
Providing attentive, five-star table service
Describing menu selections, daily specials, and beverage offerings
Accurately entering and communicating special requests, allergies, and dietary modifications
Delivering food and beverages promptly while ensuring every order is correct
Clearing and resetting tables throughout service
Maintaining knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
Keeping dining rooms and service areas clean, organized, and inviting
Supporting special events and assisting with basic food preparation when needed
