About The Position
The Wait Staff position is primarily responsible for greeting and serving residents, guests, and staff. Duties include setting up dining areas, serving, bussing tables, and breaking down special functions. Starting pay is $17 per hour. Shifts are generally 4–8 p.m., with every other weekend, and the position offers flexible scheduling and no late hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions.
- High-quality verbal and written communication ability.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Willingness to become completely knowledgeable about sanitation and cleaning methods.
Nice To Haves
- Six months to one year of dining room experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
