About The Position

Western Home Communities is seeking dedicated Wait Staff members to help create positive dining experiences for residents and guests. Wait Staff serve meals, take orders, present checks, process payments, and help keep dining and kitchen areas clean and safe. Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• A desire to contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and team members.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately take food and drink orders, present checks, and process payments.
• Assist with cleaning, including washing dishes and removing trash from kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining area.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support smooth dining operations.
