Wage and Hour Class Action Associate - West Los Angeles
About The Position
Ogletree Deakins is seeking experienced employment litigation attorneys in West Los Angeles and surrounding Westside communities to expand its presence in the greater Los Angeles market. The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with expertise in wage and hour class and representative actions, PAGA, single-plaintiff employment litigation, or other complex employment matters. Relevant experience includes drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, attending hearings and court conferences, performing investigations, and managing cases through various litigation stages. The firm welcomes interest from attorneys at the Associate and Counsel levels. Attorneys will have access to various writing, publishing, speaking, and business development opportunities, along with robust professional development programs to support ongoing growth.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor and active California Bar membership in good standing.
- 3 or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving California employment law.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.

- Experience with wage and hour, class or representative actions, or single-plaintiff employment litigation is preferred.
