Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Support, train, and motivate team members.
• Manage supplies and inventory, including ordering, tracking, and waste reduction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with facility cleaning as needed.
• Conduct daily team huddles and attend weekly management meetings.
• Perform quality checks and final walkthroughs.
• Ensure worksites are clean, organized, and professional.
• Manage labor hours to meet budget goals.
• Clearly communicate schedule, policy, and process updates.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the team.
• Take ownership of client satisfaction and team performance.
