Experienced Vulnerability Researcher
About The Position
We’re looking for experienced and passionate vulnerability researchers to join our team. If you have a background in offensive security and enjoy collaborating on high-impact challenges with industry leaders, we encourage you to apply. No formal education or certifications are required. You will join one of our established platform teams (Android, iOS, Browsers, Hypervisors, and Embedded Systems) to focus on your preferred target set, with global support from the entire Vulnerability Research and Exploit Development (VRED) team. This role requires curiosity, perseverance, and exceptional teamwork.
Requirements
- Experience in one or more of vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development.
- Ability to reason through complex topics to decide on an approach, find impactful vulnerabilities, analyze their root causes, and develop proof-of-concepts.
- Interest in and passion for learning new things, taking things apart, and engaging with new problems and challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Permanent resident and currently based in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability research using a range of approaches and techniques.
- Develop proof-of-concept exploits for vulnerabilities found, including bypassing modern exploit mitigations.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive culture by sharing knowledge and findings in a helpful and accessible way.
- Participate in and run workshops and other team activities.
