Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience running and setting up VTL machines.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming, including GibbsCAM.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with live tooling or multi-axis machines.
• Experience with large-diameter or heavy-part machining.
• Comfort mentoring junior machinists.
