About The Position

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running and setting up VTL machines
- Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming
- Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Nice To Haves
- Experience with live tooling or multi-axis machines
- Experience with large-diameter or heavy-part machining
- Comfortable mentoring junior machinists
Responsibilities
- Operate and program Toshiba Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) with precision and efficiency
- Set up complex jobs and ensure parts meet tight tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions
- Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance
- Collaborate with a team that values your knowledge and input
