Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read and follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety requirements
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and positive teamwork

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including grinders, saws, and other production machines
Read blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and specifications to understand production requirements
Measure and mark materials to prepare parts for production
Select and install tooling, fixtures, and materials required for assigned work
Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments to maintain quality standards
Inspect finished parts and verify conformance to specifications
Perform setup verification as required
Troubleshoot routine production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors and team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
Support team goals and assist with other duties as assigned
