About The Position

CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced VTC Scheduler (Level 1) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland, MD. This role involves reserving, scheduling, and setting up audiovisual equipment for meetings and events, ensuring all VTC systems meet DoD and DIA requirements. The VTC Scheduler will coordinate meeting requirements, schedule VTC Bridge connections, perform connection testing, interface with customers, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent customer service skills are essential for this high-visibility position.

Requirements

  • Must hold a Security+ certification
  • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access to be considered.
  • Coordinate and understand meeting requirements for both local customers and distant end participants.
  • Schedule VTC Bridge connections as required and send connection detail information to customers.
  • Perform connection testing with far-site participants.
  • Ability to interface with customers and ensure VTC services support command operational requirements.
  • Ability to update a calendar listing all scheduled VTC conferences.
  • Work directly with NMIC customers to resolve changes and conflicts with scheduled conferences.
  • Must be comfortable in high visibility and customer-facing environments.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).

Responsibilities
