KnowBe4 is seeking a transformative Vice President of Talent Management to evolve the existing function, historically focused on onboarding and sales training, into a comprehensive, strategic Talent Management organization. This role will own the complete talent lifecycle, focusing on employee growth, performance development, identifying high-potential individuals, succession planning, and building future leadership capabilities. The VP will lead this strategic shift by preserving effective onboarding and enablement practices while building new capabilities in performance management, hi-potential identification, succession planning, and career development. This transformation requires reorienting the team's charter, upskilling its members, and enhancing the function's deliverables. A key aspect of this role involves modernizing talent workflows through integrated systems like Workday and leveraging intelligent automation, including agentic AI, for personalized learning, performance coaching, skills gap analysis, and succession planning. The goal is to create a more efficient and impactful talent management function that benefits both employees and managers. This position serves as a critical advisor to executive leadership on talent pipeline health, workforce development, and organizational capabilities necessary to achieve KnowBe4's long-term objectives.
