VP Strategic Advisory Partnerships

About The Position

This role will be responsible for positioning Omega as the partner of choice within the advisory ecosystem, proactively embedding Omega into client engagements, and driving measurable revenue through influenced and co-developed sales opportunities. This is not a traditional partnerships role—it is a market-shaping, influence-driven revenue role requiring deep relationships, credibility, and the ability to operate at the intersection of consulting, revenue cycle, and provider strategy. The core objective for the role is to establish Omega as a trusted delivery partner for leading healthcare advisory firms, increase Omega’s visibility and inclusion in advisory-led RFPs and transformation programs, drive qualified pipeline and revenue sourced or influenced through these firms, and build durable, multi-level relationships across partner organizations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner sales, alliances, business development, or ecosystem-led growth within healthcare services, healthcare technology, RCM, BPO, IT services, or consulting.
  • Proven experience building or scaling an indirect sales, alliance, advisor relations, or ecosystem partnership function with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Established relationships with healthcare sourcing advisors, consulting firms, technology partners, PE firms, or other market influencers involved in healthcare RCM and payer buying decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare outsourcing services, enterprise healthcare buying cycles, and consultative, relationship-led commercial models.
  • Ability to influence senior executives across health systems, advisors, consulting firms, technology partners, and internal commercial teams.
  • Strong commercial rigor with experience creating pipeline governance, partner attribution models, quarterly targets, and executive reporting.
  • Comfortable representing the company externally through analyst briefings, industry events, executive roundtables, thought leadership, and strategic partner engagement.
  • Ability to build a team, institutionalize partner intelligence, and embed ecosystem insights into sales pursuits, bid strategy, and long-term growth planning.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience building partner sales engines in IT services, BPO, healthcare services, healthcare technology, or consulting-led environments.
  • Prior exposure to AI-enabled healthcare operations, at provider and payers, or digital transformation partnerships.
