About The Position

Automation Anywhere is seeking a visionary, execution-oriented executive to architect and scale the global partner ecosystem. As VP, Strategic Partnerships, reporting to the SVP of Global Alliances & Channels, you will define and lead the company’s global partner strategy, owning the vision, investment priorities, and operating model required to accelerate growth through a best-in-class partner ecosystem. In this highly visible leadership role, you will operate as a key member of the extended executive leadership team, partnering closely with senior leaders across sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations to shape company-wide strategy, influence investment decisions, and deliver outsized business outcomes. You will bring an enterprise mindset, strong executive presence, and a track record of scaling high-impact partner ecosystems in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will play a defining role in how enterprises worldwide adopt Agentic Process Automation, driving durable competitive advantage through a differentiated, global partner strategy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise technology companies
  • Demonstrated success operating at the VP or equivalent executive level, with broad global scope and P&L accountability
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global partner ecosystems that drive meaningful revenue impact
  • Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams, including product and GTM organizations
  • Deep expertise in partner strategy, ecosystem design, and operating models at scale
  • Experience managing multi-layered global teams and senior leaders, with a focus on performance, accountability, and growth
  • Familiarity with partner management and revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, PRM tools such as Vartopia, Crossbeam, etc.), with an emphasis on data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Defining and leading the global partner strategy, including segment prioritization, ecosystem design, and long-term growth roadmap aligned to company objectives
  • Owning the end-to-end partner ecosystem P&L contribution, including sourced and influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and partner-led expansion
  • Scaling and leading a high-performing global organization, including regional and functional leaders across partner programs, strategy, experience, incentives, and planning
  • Establishing executive-level relationships with strategic partners, driving joint business planning, co-innovation, and long-term value creation
  • Driving cross-functional alignment at the executive level, influencing product strategy, GTM motions, and investment prioritization to maximize partner impact
  • Evolving the global partner program framework, including tiering, benefits, incentives, and engagement models to drive partner investment and growth
  • Overseeing partner lifecycle excellence, ensuring scalable, best-in-class processes across recruiting, onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and partner management
  • Serving as a key executive liaison to senior leadership and the board (as needed), providing strategic insights and performance visibility into the partner business
  • Building advanced analytics and operating rigor, including forecasting, performance management, and executive reporting on partner-driven revenue and ROI
  • Driving global GTM readiness through partners, aligning closely with field sales, marketing, and enablement to ensure successful partner-led execution
  • Owning and scaling the partner technology ecosystem, including PRM, integrations with Salesforce, and data infrastructure to support global scale
  • Leading complex strategic partnership negotiations, including commercial frameworks, pricing programs, and governance in partnership with legal and finance
