About The Position

The Vice President, Strategic Accounts is responsible for driving revenue growth, nurturing executive-level client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions to strategic clients. This critical role develops account strategies, aligns internal resources, and fosters long-term partnerships that lead to business expansion and exceptional client satisfaction. Moder is an engine for business efficiency and growth, creating and supporting technology and mortgage service solutions. Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with client’s executive level staff, as well as internal management team.
  • Capable of multi-tasking across a vast set of responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing client needs and requirements.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and business needs
  • Successful track record in selling Business Process Outsourcing or IT Outsourcing
  • Minimum thirteen years of mortgage industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive account plans for high-priority accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring alignment on business objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Solutions, Transitions, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and new business opportunities within strategic accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, understanding their challenges and aligning solutions to their needs.
  • Coordinate regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and other key stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
  • Provide thought leadership and industry insights to clients to position the organization as a strategic partner.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and market shifts.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client forums.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
