The VP, Specialized Solutions will actively originate, qualify, and advance large, high-priority customer opportunities within assigned targets and markets. This role drives complex, supply-chain-centric sales pursuits with national or multi-site scope from discovery through close. The individual will position and sell integrated, customized solutions across the company’s full portfolio of services to address customer business challenges. Responsibilities include shaping the solution approach, commercial structure, and deal strategy for specialized and non-standard opportunities, as well as developing and sustaining executive-level relationships with customers, consultants, and industry partners. The role involves working closely with Pricing and Finance to develop solution economics, pricing models, and value propositions aligned with growth and margin objectives. Preparation and delivery of executive-level solution proposals, pricing recommendations, and customer presentations are key. The position requires navigating complex negotiations, aligning internal stakeholders for timely and profitable deal execution, and maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and opportunity documentation using CRM and sales tools. Monitoring industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities is also essential. The role may involve representing the company at key industry events and customer forums. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.
