About The Position

Salute is a leading provider of cutting-edge Data Center Infrastructure Services, dedicated to serving data center clients worldwide. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP, Product & Solutions to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights. The VP, Product & Solutions owns the technical product management process, the product and solutions catalog, and the packaging of integrated offerings across Salute’s service lines. Critically, this leader will serve as a key commercial and GTM strategy partner—working alongside Sales, GTM, and Finance to shape how Salute’s solutions are positioned, priced, and brought to market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, solutions, platform, or related leadership roles in B2B technology, infrastructure, industrial, or services environments.
  • Experience translating technical capabilities into packaged, sellable solutions with clear commercial and GTM motions.
  • Strong track record leading roadmap and prioritization processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales and GTM organizations on pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch strategy.
  • Experience working across engineering, sales, operations, and partnerships in complex organizations.
  • Ability to structure product catalogs, offer frameworks, and commercialization motions in a multi-product or multi-service environment.
  • Strong communication and executive presence; able to work effectively with technical teams, operators, commercial leaders, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical product managers responsible for product intake, feature prioritization, roadmap inputs, and requirements development. Customer and stakeholder engagement, translating operator needs into product requirements and ensuring the Salute Operating Platform solves real problems
  • Build and maintain a clear catalog of Salute’s current and future offerings across labor, software-enabled services, recurring products, and partner-backed solutions.
  • Define how products and solutions are named, grouped, tiered, and packaged so they are easy for Sales to position and for customers to understand.
  • Standardize solution structures across verticals while identifying overlap, whitespace, and rationalization opportunities.
  • Serve as a core commercial strategy partner alongside Sales, GTM, and Finance— actively shaping how Salute’s solutions are positioned, priced, and brought to market.
  • Work across field operations, commissioning, and other service organizations to ensure solutions are operationally viable and supportable.
  • Establish a repeatable operating cadence for roadmap review, catalog governance, launch readiness, and prioritization.
