We are looking for a VP, Product to lead the Kensington Product function during a critical transformation phase. This role involves evolving from a traditional, manually-driven product model to a scaled, technology-enabled product engine that directly drives growth. The VP, Product will own the end-to-end product strategy, with the goal of building a system that scales high-quality, differentiated travel experiences globally. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role requiring product judgment, operational discipline, and commercial acumen.
