This role actively develops and advances complex solution opportunities within assigned customer segments or accounts. The individual will engage directly with customers to understand business needs and translate requirements into tailored solution designs. They will position and sell integrated, customer-specific solutions across the company’s service portfolio, partnering with Pricing and Finance to develop pricing models, assumptions, and solution economics. The position involves preparing and delivering customer-facing proposals, pricing recommendations, and solution presentations, as well as conducting disciplined follow-up to progress opportunities and expand volume and margin with existing customers. The role also supports formal RFPs, structured solicitations, and complex customer requests, and collaborates cross-functionally to validate solution feasibility and readiness for execution. Maintaining awareness of industry trends and competitive developments relevant to assigned opportunities is crucial. Participation in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events is also required. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.
