Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience in these areas preferred
  • Strong understanding with a variety of the fields’ concepts, practices
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales and Management
  • Extensive sales experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Experience administering sales strategic planning
  • Self motivated, with a high energy level that will take the initiative to research, make decisions, follow through on and accomplish multiple tasks with a sense of vision, detail, commitment, priority and urgency
  • Must be an extroverted leader with demonstrated selling and relationship building capabilities that enjoys a challenge
  • Must possess above-average oral and written communication abilities, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, business plans, forecasts and budgets, and achieving sales results.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient preferred
  • Must have the ability to set-up and tear down trade show booths and lift/carry demonstration kits as needed, may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have the ability to travel extensively (approximately 65%, this may vary below or above this percentage depending on need).

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of basic electronics concepts is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are a plus.
  • Manufacturing experience a plus, but we are open to training enthusiastic individuals with transferable skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic sales leadership to The Sr. Living team to ensure Securitas Healthcare achieves profitable revenue growth, continues to increase market share and develops new solution selling competencies.
  • Develop and present tactical and strategic plans in support of the organization’s growth objectives and direct the implementation of such plans.
  • Coordinate and direct the activities of Sales personnel to support strategic planning and growth initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Present and develop strategic plan for government sales to support growth initiative
  • Successfully obtain contracts and sales to meet or exceed operating plan
  • Analyze sales statistics; perform market analysis to understand the customer’s needs while ensuring expenditures are within budgets
  • Engage in problem solving and make decisions and recommendations as appropriate
  • Recommend Sr. Living facilities for priority focus, based on Stanley Healthcare Solutions earning potential, estimating the time and resources necessary to obtain material sales from the account
  • Assure quality in the company’s response to customer needs and expectations with respect to order processing, reporting, and other operations functions
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Implement appropriate sales techniques to increase sales volume
  • Conduct on-site sales meetings with targeted groups and ongoing account maintenance for established contracts
  • Work with all departments in the organization concerning Sr. Living sales
  • Travel as necessary to meet the goals of the company through attendance at trade shows, customer site visits, etc.
  • Make recommendations on ways to improve processes and systems to facilitate sales activity and/or increase customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned
