Oversees multiple markets and directs the General Manager or recognized authority with all sales and operational activities of an assigned entity. This individual is responsible for the divisions overall revenue performance, operating profits and culture for the region. This person hires, assists in training and supervises the sales staff, reviews programming for the best sales opportunities, develops, studies and understands the various markets and approves all sales promotion campaigns. This position is responsible for training and development of all managers, sales and operations employees. It is essential that this position embraces our Cross Media sales approach and ensures that everyone within the region is working to bundle linear and digital products in an effort to provide solutions to business customers.
