Assigned to a defined market that includes retail branches, the Sales Market Lead serves as a valued partner to branch teams, acting as a subject matter expert in relationship retention and growth. Through regular in-branch engagement, the Sales Market Lead coaches and supports branch staff on relationship-building strategies, identifying client growth and referral opportunities, and conducing effective client conversations that drive retention and growth. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong client relationships, driving portfolio growth, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
