About The Position

The VP, Retail & Consumer Operations will serve as a strategic member of Pembina Co-op's Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of the B2C Divisions, which include Home Centres, Hardware Stores, Food Stores, and Convenience Stores. Key responsibilities involve providing strategic direction for growth and business development, encompassing corporate and talent performance management, strategic planning, marketing, facilities management, operations, risk management, and the development of annual operating and capital budgets. The position is crucial for fostering strong relationships with the senior leadership team to facilitate guidance and support for sales growth, as well as financial and operational improvements that align with Pembina Co-op’s vision, mission, and values.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience in a related industry
