The Opportunity: Flywire is building a multi-product, global software and payments platform across education, healthcare, travel, and B2B. As our portfolio grows, product marketing becomes a critical lever for clarity, focus, and execution across our go-to-market motion. We’re hiring a Vice President of Product Marketing to own how our products, partnerships and offerings are positioned, brought to market, and adopted commercially. This role ensures our product strategy translates into clear customer value, strong GTM execution for Sales, and consistent revenue outcomes across verticals and regions. This is a senior leadership role within the Commercial organization, with direct influence on growth, product success, and Flywire’s long-term platform strategy. This role sits at the intersection of Product and Go-to-Market, ensuring we are not only building the right products, but translating them into clear value, effective sales motions, and measurable business outcomes. You will have a seat at the executive table where product direction, commercial strategy, and revenue growth are shaped. What You’ll Own Market Leadership Define how Flywire’s products and platform win in the market, including positioning that drives preference, messaging that resonates across verticals, and narratives that support premium value Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling customer outcomes that differentiate Flywire from point solutions and legacy providers Build and own the story that moves Flywire from a payments provider to a mission-critical software platform Ensure all positioning and messaging is grounded in deep customer understanding and validated market insight Revenue Impact Own the impact of product marketing on revenue outcomes, including win rates, deal velocity, ACV, and expansion Act as a driver of commercial performance by ensuring product positioning and value articulation directly support revenue growth Partner closely with Pricing and Commercial teams to ensure packaging and positioning align to value and support effective monetization Ensure Sales and Relationship Management teams can clearly articulate ROI and business value for every product in every vertical Go-to-Market Excellence Own Flywire’s product & partner launches engine end to end, from GTM strategy and readiness to market execution and adoption measurement Build repeatable frameworks that make launches predictable, scalable, and effective across products and regions Create tight feedback loops between market performance and product strategy to inform roadmap prioritization and investment decisions Ensure launches drive measurable adoption and revenue, not just awareness Voice of Customer and Market Intelligence Own Flywire’s understanding of customer needs, buying behavior, and value perception across products and verticals Build and scale a structured voice-of-customer program, including win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and field feedback loops Synthesize insights from Sales, Relationship Management, and customers into clear, actionable recommendations Act as the company’s point of view on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities Ensure customer and market insight directly informs product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market decisions Strategic Partnership Serve as Product’s voice in commercial conversations and Sales’ voice in product conversations, translating between technical capabilities and market needs Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and RevOps on what we’re bringing to market, how to position it, and how to win Bring a strong, evidence-based point of view to decisions grounded in customer insight, market data, and competitive intelligence AI-Driven Product Marketing and GTM Innovation Define how AI is embedded into Flywire’s product marketing and go-to-market workflows Drive step-change improvements in speed, quality, and scale through AI-enabled processes Leverage AI to enhance messaging, content creation, segmentation, and personalization Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure Flywire’s AI capabilities are clearly translated into differentiated customer value Establish product marketing as a leader in modern, AI-enabled commercial execution across the company Organizational Leadership Build and scale a world-class global product marketing organization with clear ownership across products, platforms, verticals, and regions Design a team structure that balances global consistency with vertical and regional nuance Develop leaders who operate independently, think strategically, and deliver results Establish operating discipline, including priorities, accountability, and metrics, so product marketing functions as a growth engine rather than a service layer What Success Looks Like Measurable improvements in sales effectiveness, including win rates, deal size, and sales cycle Product launches that drive real adoption and revenue A high-performing product marketing team with clear ownership and operating rhythm Consistent voice-of-customer insight informing product and go-to-market decisions Product marketing recognized internally as a strategic driver of growth Clear linkage between product marketing decisions and revenue outcomes Flywire recognized as a category leader driven by product clarity and market differentiation
