About The Position

Mosaic Clinical Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead its end-to-end go-to-market strategy. This role involves translating AI-powered clinical capabilities into compelling market narratives, defining competitive positioning, and building a robust sales enablement function. The VP will own the Mosaic brand, drive thought leadership, and design integrated demand generation programs. This is a strategic leadership position contributing to company strategy and investor storytelling, with a focus on building account-based marketing (ABM) programs and leading a high-performing marketing team. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and a passion for AI in healthcare.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years owning marketing strategy and hands-on execution in a senior role.
  • Proven experience in a B2B technology startup or high-growth company — you have built or meaningfully scaled a marketing function.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy in a fast-moving technology environment — you have launched multiple products into competitive markets and built repeatable playbooks.
  • Demonstrated success building sales enablement programs that measurably improved pipeline conversion, win rates, and sales cycle velocity.
  • Experience in healthcare or health technology — understanding of health system buyers, clinical and operational stakeholders, and selling into this market.
  • Hands-on execution capability: you write the copy, build the decks, run the campaigns, and manage the tools yourself when needed.
  • Fluency in AI and technology trends, particularly as they apply to healthcare.
  • Strong analytical instincts — data-literate, ROI-focused.
  • Experience with ABM platforms and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Track record of scaling a marketing team as a company grows from startup to scale-up.
  • A genuine passion for the potential of AI to improve patient outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare services, radiology, diagnostic imaging, clinical informatics, or an adjacent healthcare AI vertical.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise health system sales cycle and navigating multi-stakeholder, long-cycle B2B deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Mosaic’s end-to-end go-to-market strategy, from defining target segments and ICP to building repeatable launch playbooks that scale.
  • Translate AI-powered clinical capabilities into clear, compelling, and irresistible market narratives for health system buyers.
  • Build and continuously sharpen Mosaic’s competitive positioning and value proposition.
  • Build a high-impact sales enablement function from the ground up to accelerate pipeline velocity and shorten sales cycles.
  • Create a best-in-class content arsenal including pitch decks, ROI tools, battle cards, one-pagers, demo scripts, case studies, and objection handlers.
  • Own the Mosaic brand, including voice, identity, messaging architecture, and positioning.
  • Position Mosaic as a category leader in AI-enabled clinical workflows.
  • Drive thought leadership that places Mosaic’s perspective at the center of important industry conversations.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate across multiple audiences: health system executives, clinical champions, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Design and execute integrated demand generation programs (digital, content, events, partnerships) to build a consistent, high-quality pipeline.
  • Own marketing’s contribution to revenue, setting ambitious targets and delivering results.
  • Operate as a strategic voice on the leadership team, contributing to company strategy, investor storytelling, and key commercial decisions.
  • Build account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value health systems and enterprise accounts.
  • Lead and grow a lean, high-performing marketing team, setting a high bar and modeling a hands-on startup approach.
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships for design, content, PR, and digital.
  • Build and sustain cross-functional trust to make marketing a competitive advantage for everyone.
  • Promote communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
