About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a VP Product Management to join the team! The Vice President, Product Management is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling the product management function and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's Reference Based Pricing (RBP) offerings. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring disciplined product delivery across the full lifecycle. The VP partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated, high-impact products that drive client value and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, strategy, or related leadership roles
  • at least 5 years in healthcare (payor, TPA, benefits administration)
  • Expertise in Reference Based Pricing is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products or services in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and growth-oriented organization.
  • Ability to inspire and lead others to achieve difficult goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the enterprise-wide RBP product suite vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and employer and member needs to identify and inform product direction and innovation priorities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept development, business case creation, requirements definition, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Establish and prioritize product development initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals and resource allocation.
  • Lead and partner cross-functionally to ensure timely, scalable, and high-quality product delivery.
  • Develop competitive product pricing to achieve business goals.
  • Build, lead, and develop a growing team of product managers providing hands-on coaching and role clarity as the organization scales.
  • Establish and reinforce strong people management skills including regular feedback, performance management, and talent development.
  • Act as a player-coach who knows when to dive in to help teams and when to delegate, enabling team members to act with increased autonomy over time.
  • Demonstrate industry thought leadership internally and externally and build strong cross-functional and external (brokers, clients, partners) relationships.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for product development and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and clear prioritization, accountability, and communication.
  • Oversee and drive execution of multiple complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring execution against critical path milestones and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify, analyze and resolve risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact organizational objectives.
  • Establish and execute internal communication strategies to ensure alignment and awareness of product initiatives across the organization.
