About The Position

Lucky Lincoln Gaming is seeking a VP of Operations to oversee statewide field operations, including collections, vault, service, equipment uptime, project execution, and the supporting call center. The ideal candidate is accountable, results-driven, and motivated by building a scalable operation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in multi-unit, route-based, or service-heavy field operations, with direct ownership of collections, service, or cash-handling functions.
  • Directly managed operations managers or supervisors; comfortable running a multi-layer field organization.
  • Experience building or materially redesigning an operating playbook or SOP set.
  • Proven track record of spending significant time in the field, not just reviewing reports.
  • Experience hiring, developing, and holding accountable operations-level leaders.
  • Comfortable with cash-intensive, regulated, or compliance-sensitive operations.
  • Accountable and results-driven with strong judgment.
  • Ability to coach and build leaders.
  • Motivated by building a larger operation and expanding into new states.
  • Local to Chicago is required.
