Large, established, multi-state behavioral health organization is seeking a VP of Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee the entire recruiting function. This is a senior leadership role focused on owning Talent Acquisition strategy, managing and developing the recruiting team, and driving hiring performance across a growing platform. The role will also focus on improving systems, optimizing processes, and building a scalable recruiting infrastructure to support continued expansion. Strong clinical recruiting experience within healthcare is required.
