Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting that helps LUX Infusion attract and hire exceptional clinical and non-clinical healthcare talent
Partner with hiring leaders to understand team needs and develop recruiting strategies that support both business priorities and patient care
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and meaningful outreach
Create a candidate experience that feels responsive, respectful, and aligned with who we are as an organization
Guide candidates and hiring teams through an organized interview process that supports clear communication and thoughtful hiring decisions
Support hiring across a range of roles, including nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and administrative positions
Use data and recruiting insights to strengthen hiring outcomes and identify opportunities to improve the process
Partner closely with People & Culture, hiring leaders, and onboarding teams to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization
Help ensure recruiting practices stay aligned with healthcare regulations, credentialing considerations, and employment standards
Strengthen LUX Infusion’s presence in the market by building relationships with schools, professional associations, and healthcare talent communities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, People & Culture partners, and onboarding stakeholders
Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow-through to your work
Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates
