About The Position

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales - Head of New Account Acquisition (The "Apex Hunter"). This is a remote position focusing on Data, Analytics, & Generative AI Solutions. The company is a specialized powerhouse that architects Data & AI foundations for ambitious enterprises. They are looking for a high-octane growth visionary for the VP of Sales position who will build a market legacy.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in Data, AI, or Digital Consulting.
  • Proven ability to attract and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Established network of contacts and credibility to drive immediate impact.
  • Fluency in discussing AI, Data Management, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead new logo acquisition by identifying and acquiring high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Define and craft the winning sales playbook for core hunting grounds: Financial Services, Health Sciences, and Retail & CPG.
  • Influence C-suite executives (CDOs, CIOs, CTOs) by translating complex AI capabilities into high-impact business outcomes.
  • Lead, inspire, coach, and mobilize a team of elite sales "Hunters" to instill a "refuse-to-lose" culture.
  • Own the sales lifecycle, ensuring the team maintains a high pace and consistently achieves quarterly and annual targets.
  • Position the company as the premier niche authority in Data & AI.
  • Bridge the gap between sales and success, ensuring new wins develop into long-term, high-value partnerships.
